1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
1 cup half and half or whole milk
2 cups freshly brewed (fairly strong) brewed coffee
Microwave chocolate and milk in a medium microwavable bowl on high for one minute. Stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in coffee. Alternatively, and especially if your microwave heats things up too hot and fast, try heating that mixture on the stove top in a small pan.
Pour into large mugs. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired. (or marshmallows)
